The Scientific Community guides the development and supervises the implementation of the scientific programme of Masticationpedia. It also provides consultancy on the guidelines and the programme of activities of the Charity, and is responsible for updating, as well as monitoring. Besides, the Community helps choose appropriate guidelines on research and the final verification of the results.

The Scientific Community is not a Peer Reviewers Committee, it does not judge or reject scientific works. This model is not followed by in the genesis or practice of Masticationpedia. The Scientific Community of Masticationpedia suggest themes and authors, having regard to the range of appropriate and undisputed individual scientific knowledge.

Who is who

The Scientific Community that gathers around the Masticationpedia project is made up of professionals from different disciplines, who seek answers to the questions left unresolved by "internal" studies.
